Οδηγίες χρήσης:
Thank you for choosing microDON Nano Plus®, the classic hot-curing acrylic. microDON Nano Plus®, is an micropolymer denture base resin that guarantees high quality results by using any known hot-curing technique. To make sure you always achieve reliable results with this product, we would like to ask you to read these instructions thoroughly. Indications: Total upper and lower dentures by using the pressing-/packing technique Product features: easy handling high accuracy and guaranteed high-quality results high mechanical properties mucous membrane friendly due to a low amount of residual monomer physiologic shades and absolutely color stable Cadmium free evaluated and certified biocompatibility microDON Nano Plus does not adhere to high cross-linked synthetic teeth. Synthetic teeth should be prepared (grinded) and/or supplied with mechanical retentions. Mixing ratio 10 : 4 Suggested mixing ratio: 10g of powder with 4 g of liquid. Free dosing is possible, however conformity of the materials physical properties can only be guaranteed if the components are weighed. Pressing: Place the material inside the flask with a little excess. Slowly close the flask and continuously apply pressure. Keep the pressure for at least 10 minutes. Trial pressing is not necessary due to the excellent plastic consistency of the acrylic. Suggested, controlled polymerization: Place the flask (secured in the clamp) into a pot with cold water (approx. 3 liters of water per flask), bring the water to a boil and keep boiling for 45 minutes. The flask must be covered with water at all times! Remove the pot from the heat source an allow to cool down to room temperature. Of course the material can be processed by using any other hot-curing polymerization technique as well. Contraindications: Patient contact with unpolymerized material or any of its components is contraindicated. If the patient is allergic to one or more ingredients of the product, the product must not be used. Short Information: Mixing ratio Powder/Liquid 10:4 Swelling time approx. 10 min* Processing and packing time approx. 30 min* Polymerization at 95°C [203°F] 45 min* *The provided processing times refer to a material- and room temperature of 23°C [73,5°F]. Higher temperatures shorten, lower temperatures extend these times. Material / Purpose: Denture base resin, hot curing acrylic based on methyl-methacrylate in the form of powder and liquid. Classification according to ISO 20795-1 Type 1 Class 1 and according to Council Directive 93/42/EEC annex IX Class IIa for removable and for fixed dentures. Preparation: Thoroughly boil out the flask before applying two thin layers of alginate based isolation fluid on the plaster. microSOL® always shows reliable results. Important: The isolation needs to be well dried to make sure there are no white marks or spots on the basal surface of the cured acrylic. Processing: Place the required amount of liquid into the mixing cup, then add the according amount of powder. When dosing individually add just as much powder as needed to absorb the liquid. Stir thoroughly until the material reaches a homogenous consistency. After a swelling phase of approximately 5 to 10 minutes, the packing time begins and the material can be handled within another 30 minutes. (end of the packing time) After completion: Until incorporation the denture should be stored in water. It is recommended to water the denture for at least 24 hours to achieve an even higher resorption of the residual monomer (0,8% according to ISO 20795-1) and thus reduce irritations of taste. Storage and safety measures: The material must not be used after expiration date. Storage temperature must not exceed 25°C [77°F] Avoid direct sunlight. Keep containers closed after use. Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. No smoking. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local recycling regulations. Highly flammable liquid and vapour. Causes skin irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. May cause respiratory irritation. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/ spray. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. If on skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
